From the very beginning to the end, we had a wonderful experience with Sil and her team for our bachelorette weekend! They truly went above and beyond. When I called to book the appointment with Sil, she responded right away, answered any questions I had about the packages, and was never pushy about upgrading our package. She assured me that they would include something special for the bride with the first package and that they would also do something for the bridesmaids as well, which I really appreciated. The day of, they came early to set up so we had enough time to get through all the girls. Throughout the entire massage experience, they played relaxing music and we got to choose our own essential oil scent that they would be using during the massage, which they had a great variety of. Every single one of our girls said they had a wonderful experience, both masseuses were so nice, and that it was the BEST massage they have ever had. At the end of the massage, they gave all the girls a cute gift bag filled with face masks, a bath bomb, and other facial goodies. For the bride, they threw in a free facial for her, which I was so thankful of because Sil knew how much I wanted the bride to have a wonderful experience. I booked Mobile Spa Pros2Go with only a one day notice after coming to Palm Springs for a short getaway. They were able to accommodate six services and arrived at our Airbnb promptly the following afternoon. My massage with Sil was incredible! I had so much tension in my shoulders and upper back that I let her know about and she did her thing! I was long overdue for a massage and I’m glad that Sil reintroduced me to the magic of massages. She’s clearly skilled in what she does and really takes her time to work out the knots and tension while making sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure she was applying. They definitely make the space feel relaxing and set the spa vibe by playing calming music and using aromatherapy. After my exceptional massage, I received a facial from Denise. She customized the facial to fit my skincare needs and the ambience was just as relaxing. She has a soft and gentle touch that truly makes you feel pampered. She walked me through the treatments she did as well as gave me recommendations for an at home skincare routine. My skin looks and feels amazing.
