This place is an absolute joke! If I could give it a 0 I would! We went there for the FIRST TIME to watch Avengers: End Game. We pre-ordered our tickets just in case the screening would be sold out. We drove 30mins to get there. When we went in to pick up our tickets we were told we couldnt watch it. Of course we were baffled to hear this. Which we were told pre-ordering your tickets doesn't "reserve" your viewing. What planet are they on? If that is the case WHY DO YOU PRE-ORDER TICKETS AT ALL? Obviously we weren't happy to hear that news. So in addition to that the miserable elderly women who really wasnt in the discussion decides to chime in basically blaming us that movie started at 7 and we were 20 minutes late. Well remembering seeing the listing saying 7:20 it nearly came to an argument only to be told we were wrong. Which low and behold we weren't after checking the site again it clearly says friday-7:20(I have the screenshot). The only thing we were told was "come back tomorrow". Are you insane lol? Why would I come back to waste my time again? On top of the fact they completely disappointed the kids. I'm usually all for supporting local businesses but I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Neitherless to say I called Regal and was able to watch the movie there and didnt even have to "pre-order" imaginary tickets. In 3D no less! Just for kicks I asked at Regal if I would ever pre-order tickets can I be turned away? I got the reply pre-ordering a ticket GUARANTEES you a seat. Imagine...

I was visiting someone who recently moved to this area and we decided to see a movie. I thought it was odd that you can't get a receipt or any proof of what movie you went to see. Not a good thing if you belong to any movie rewards programs. I was disappointed with the total lack of friendliness from the employees. At least the popcorn and drinks were reasonably priced. We stayed to the very end...after all the credits ran and screen was blank. We expected lights to come on so we could carefully clean up any dropped popcorn/napkins but that never happened-not good for people who have issues seeing in the dark. So if you expect a friendly staff and want to be able to clearly see to clean up and walk out.....avoid this place. I have no plans to return as I can find better options. 2/18/20 Don't let the response from management fool you. its an ok place to watch movies but every time i went there it seemed the same unsupervised teenaged kids were there acting like they were literally 5 years old,i definitely didnt appreciate being made fun of because i walk with a cane right now due to major back surgery,and all i wanted to do is relax abd watch a movie now that i am getting more mobile,BUT on a good note when the movie started tge owner or manager did come into the theater we were in to shut the immature teenagers up... so ill give 3 stars instead of 1 star because at least the owner did come in when movie started to shut them up.... i will keep updating this place if i decide to go back again because this last time really upset me that unsupervised kids can ruin everyone's time especially the girls talking about their periods and that apparently gave them the right to be ignorant to me as an...
