Great product, poor service.
After we paid down payment prior to installation (I suppose that was my mistake) the installation was delayed twice, with very little notification. Once the technician arrived, he required me to leave work and operate the main water cutoff in the crawl space for him. After a few 30-minute lectures on how the government was out to get us, the system was installed but the technician only brought half the amount of salt intended. He promised the rest would be shipped to us, and not to bother calling the home office about it. Furthermore, the local group had promised additional bags of salt in compensation for the delays in installation.
It's been a couple months now, and despite a few phone calls to remind them of the promises made, no salt, and no returned phone calls to give us a date.
Don't get me wrong, salt is a couple bucks and Lowe's, and I fully intend to hop down there and pick some up since my tank is running low now. It's the principle of the matter that has me write this review. Low integrity, and...

The people who installed the system were very friendly (Mat and Paul). I had an issue with the conditioner a week later and Rob Middleton, (salesman) returned my phone call almost immediately and assured he would take care of it. Dan Thomas (manager) along with Rob Middleton, reacted in a timely manner and made things right that very same day.
