I want disappointed in the rest area, yes beautiful scenery, but the bathrooms were filthy, over flowing toilets, floor was sticky from not being washed, urinals were out of order, water fountain was so gross that I didn't even want to use the water for my radiator. You would expect that the rest area leading into Salt lake City, home of the clean image Mormons would reflect that image. I've traveled 35000 this year all over the country. This is the most disgusting and unhealthy rest stop that I have ever seen. This is not a good reflection of the people of Utah. I know that, but 1st time visitors are going to get a bad impression of the Mormon image. Note: I read that it was this way over a month ago. Shame on who ever is in...

šŸ˜ŽI don't know what the problem is here every time I'm here the bathroom is closed for maintenance or cleaning and it's almost always like that! Why do you close the entire bathroom to clean what are these people supposed to do pee on the grass and poop next to the bushes? Clean one toilet after another one at a time then another then another and not the entire bathroom you close and people stand like idiots and wait or go into the bushes! I don't understand it! Likewise the visitors center is always closed whenever I'm here or the toilets are closed or both! I'm sorry but someone has to tell you how it really looks and I'm telling...

For as beautiful and breathtaking as the surrounding landscape is, the restrooms are horrid. There’s no reason the doors on the stalls in the ladies’ restroom cannot close without physically lifting the door to slide the lock. Not just one door either! I understand this is an older building with lots of foot traffic. However, traveling across the nation periodically, there’s no reason the bathrooms should be in such shambles. The men’s side was so deplorable, my husband couldn’t bring himself to use it, and he’s not above using a port o john. Outside is gorgeous, just avoid...

Beautiful rest area! Nice walking paths. Beautiful views and nice picnic areas! Pictures and videos don't do it justice!

I have stopped here before and I was looking forward to the stop again. The scenery is breathtaking. There is plenty of parking no matter the size of vehicle. There is also a paved path you can walk and a place to sit up on top of this lookout point. Then you also have the horde of prairie dogs and they absolutely love you of you bring food; which I did this time. I travel all over this country all week long and this is in my top 5 rest areas, anywhere. The facilities are well managed as well and you are not disappointed by this location.
