They were a little busy and our order of french fries took a while (which we totally are understanding) Bartender/Server (woman from Kentucky) offered us a beverage in lieu of the wait time it took. Not necessary, but very kind and hospitable. Her manager seemed to not like that. Just wanted to mention: I help run a very high end golf course and have worked in hospitality my whole life. The bartender couldn’t have handled it better. She was very communicative and apologetic and made us feel welcome. The manager seemed to want to her to have a “That’s what you get, it’s busy, it’s going to be a while” attitude. This place is beautiful it has a outstanding golf course, restaurant and bar and even just the drive up to get there is really beautiful. The are in the process of updating the staff and menu. The owner Eddie is just the best along with Roy, Mike, Gary and the general manager John. You can find Darius running around keeping everything together and Kim is behind the bar ready to make your favorite drink. There's TVs with the games on, Golf photo memorabilia along with the golf shop at the entrance. We had the BBQ pork ribs and fries for lunch and it was absolutely delicious could not have asked for a better meal. It's definitely worth the visit and I'm happy to have been a part of it for the day. Good job gang keep up...

Exactly what I was looking for. A cheap, well maintained 9 hole course with plenty of unique flavor. Not super challenging, but certainly not one of those flat boring nine hole courses. Plenty of elevation change, and some very tricky par fours. Greens and fairways in good condition for mid April golf.

Met some very friendly locals who allowed me to play through. Got a good warm up on the practice green and although no driving range I was able to warm up into a practice net.
