I had a taste for gator today and I started to research local suppliers. After a Google Search, Central Florida Trophy Hunts popped up. I researched the website and saw that they had details of all their products and tips. I called the number provided and had a quick pick up from the owner. I asked her if they had gator available and she said yes. I got off work and went to their office. Do not be trouble that their business is not in a commercial area because it is in a private location. After getting there, I called her to let her know that I was there and she told me where I needed to go to visit the business. She is so kind and helpful. My wife drew 2 gator tags for the public hunt in a local unit- we had just moved to Brevard from south Florida and between the expense and time of moving- could get it together and I was worried we would not get out before the season ended. I talked to Mindy ~3wks out from the end of season, and set up a guided hunt for a a Friday night prior to the end of season. Met up with Grayson as scheduled- made it out without a hitch- and harvested 2 gators within a few hours and had a a blast. Now it may not always be this easy, and my wife and I were more concerned with filling the freezer with meat and obtaining a trophy and went for 7-8' range- Grayson knew what he was doing and got it done professionally. We recently had 2 cows processed and the experience exceeded every expectation!

I have been frustrated by poor service at other custom processors in central Florida. Mindy in the front office treats you like she wants your business. Answers the phone and responds to texts. Takes time to answer any questions you have. When we dropped off our cows the butcher gave us a tour of the beautifully clean facility and walked us through the cut sheets to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

We had all four halves cut differently. And when we picked up our meat everything was packaged so beautifully, bundled by cuts, and perfectly labeled. They had sheets listing every package and double checked everything before we loaded into coolers.

I don’t words to express how impressed I am with the quality of their work and the way they’re run their business. I am looking forward to taking more livestock to them. I will never use anyone else for custom processing...
