The power has been out here for hours for thousands of people in Douglas and when they were called earlier to see what was going on and we were told it would be fixed by 4:30 and it's 4:45 and still no power when i went to call them they didn't even let it ring but hung up on me i tried calling 4 times and got the same disrespectful response each time like i wasn't worth the respect and consideration that a long time paying customer should be given that's bad business and absolutely no consideration for someone that pays them for their service my dog is diabetic and requires insulin that is too be refrigerated at all times. The employees since they showed no professional courtesy and lack manners would just tell me to stay out of my fridge until it's back on and actually think that that response would be appropriate i tell you what when i do get ahold of someone that actually speaks i am going to let them know exactly what i feel about this and they better work on taking the whole day off my bill as well as any vet bill that might come from this my dog it's only recently been diagnosed within diabetes and it's been hard regulating his blood...

i though it is pretty, but the cascades are prettier. the problem is that it’s owned by timber companies such as Weyerhaeuser and general public cannot access it. it’s actually sad. years ago because of how big insurance companies have taken over, these companies had to close the land to the public because of liability and people dumping their trash. our children will never know how beautiful god made the cascades. i remember my dad picking up the trash in the woods and saying that by the time i was his age it would be closed and we wouldn’t be able to access it and sure enough they closed it little by little so no body would get to mad and today because they did that and progressed little by little you can’t access it. i guess next is our freedom of speech and our right to bear arms. because washington state is trying to pass a law that we need insurance to own a fire arm. that’s where it starts pretty soon we will live on a farm like pigs, sheep, chickens and cows at the mercy of the farmer (government) waiting...

Overwhelming, a wonder of nature with diverse climates, scenery and wildlife. Everything you could possibly imagine with snow covered peaks just about year round. Abundant wild life , just for the looking. Fishing, hunting, rafting, cycling, swimming, skiing and outstanding camping a natural beauty where you do just about anything. Be prepared for any kind of climate in the rockies. Weather at higher altitudes can change quickly and a beautiful sunny day can turn cool. The key to exploring the beauty of this magnificent mountain range is BE PREPARED. Make sure you have bear spray at a minimum. These big boys usually avoid us humans but it is quite unnerving if you end up staying one of these big fellas down. Cell phone don't always get good service in the mountains and suggest some two way walkie talkies if you go exploring and get separated from your party.Bug spray a plus, sun block needed. Skin burns better at higher altitudes. What a great place for outdoor...
