The power has been out here for hours for thousands of people in Douglas and when they were called earlier to see what was going on and we were told it would be fixed by 4:30 and it's 4:45 and still no power when i went to call them they didn't even let it ring but hung up on me i tried calling 4 times and got the same disrespectful response each time like i wasn't worth the respect and consideration that a long time paying customer should be given that's bad business and absolutely no consideration for someone that pays them for their service my dog is diabetic and requires insulin that is too be refrigerated at all times.
