UPDATE: 4/3/25 Emailed the email I was given from store owner that replied to this review and still have not heard back at all. Just an automated email response. Called the store again today and no answer. It has been 7 MONTHS and nothing has been done.
We were here in October/November 2024 and had a seamless visit. The staff was more than helpful in helping my husband get his new phone all set up and transferred. The sales associate informed my husband that he would get a trade in credit for his old phone of $800. Awesome!!! It was a perfectly good phone. So we leave both phones there to sync for a few hours- ran some errands and came back and was handed his new phone and the bag of accessories that we purchased and we headed home. When we get home (an hour away) we look in the bag and see the old phone still in the bag and we thought that was weird based off what the associate told us about trading it in. We never said we wanted it back. We wanted to trade it in so we can get the credit... we don't need it and the associate already transferred everything. NOTHING was said when we picked it up as to further instructions for the trade in process. So when we see the old phone in the bag we thought maybe we'd get a box in the mail for trade in or instructions as to what to do with it. We never received anything so in December we went into our local store in Ponderay, Idaho and they told us they couldn't help us that we needed to go back to the CDA store. So the following day we go to the Coeur d'alene store and the associate lets me know this is a supervisor issue and that he can't do anything since it's outside the 30 days since we got the new phone. 😏 So he told us he took notes of our visit with him of our issues with this transaction and he would leave them in our account to leave for the supervisor to call us back on this issue. No one called. I have called at least 10 times since then and have only spoken to someone 1 time and they again told me that I need to speak to a supervisor and that one wasn't available when I called. So I called back when they said one would be available and have not been able to get anyone to answer for 2 days now. Anytime I call It redirects me to AT&T (not the CDA store) and the associate on the phone also told me that a supervisor from that store is the only person that could help us. So i guess I need to drive 2 hours round trip AGAIN to hopefully get this handled. Getting stuck with a $1300 phone when we were told it would be $500 does not make me a happy customer at all. I have been paying for 2 phones and 2 watches since I tried to make a claim late August of 2024.Each month$260 dollars gets withdrawn from my account . I never recieved the watches and the phones were stolen .. all of this shoukd of been insured .. I was given the best method to work thru it by the mgr of the store ..He told me he had it handled .. it was never handled .. I can’t do it online .. I was redirected back to the store.. Read moreAfter speaking with tech support on phone an entire day, then being told my watch is the issue. I was unable to sync watch to use service plan. I was then told to drive an hour away to the AT&T store in Hayden, I spent many hours with two different employees who tried but could not connect the watch, so I called customer service while I was there and was put on hold for over an hour, when I finally got through, they suggested opening a new line to see if watch is working or not. I then was told by the employees they could not do it that they had to close for lunch, told to drive to Post Falls store. I left and decided to go to CDA store since it was a little closer. Meagan Crosby was unbelievable in helping me, first she remembered me instantly from 1 walk in a few weeks prior. She added other line but said let me try and connect this on the open line, she succeeded on 1st try, apparently you need a separate log in for number sync and she was only person that knew this.
