Man!!! I WAS Bummed when I first heard John is Gone : ( Lord knows, I was not expecting a phone call from the New Solo Owner Rich. Rich told me to come over and have a look around he might have a few items that would be of interest to me. He told me to bring my friend along. WOW!!! OKAY.... SUPER WOW+++ RICH had the counters loaded with Star Wars items for my friend. And there were items everywhere in the store for me. The stuff was Great, But, The RICH Warm Welcome was Unbelievable. I have been a Pawn Shop shopper for over 30 years, in Washington and Idaho, I have never met such a kind and generous OWNER. It is my business to shop in pawn shops, I am in 5 to 7 pawn shops a week. There are a rare few, Pawn Shop Owners, that go the Extra Mile and treat customers like friends. I witnessed and Experienced EVENTS of Extraordinary Kindness from Rich.

I was treated so good by this man he was super kind and just felt like he wasn't out for anything more then making sure he could help me anyway he could...........i loved when i called he really wasnt too interested as its end of season for this stuff i had but besides saying to me to come on down and he will find a way and help my family out and he sure did he went way over helping me out I couldn't have asked for better customer service as well as the Young woman there so kind and the cute little dog LOL richard i think his same rick definitely helped me more then any other pawn shops here or anywhere!!.... makes me wish my father was still around 😔 ...so walking in there and seeing him and his kindness towards his customers myself and a couple in there as well !!!!missing my dad tremendously 😊 !!!! ♥ definitely a family man and a great family-owned business that I wish I new was here...

Rich is the example of what all business men should be. He was golden to me and how he treated me. His two sons are also very respectful and approachable. A breath of fresh air compared to alot of young men thier ages. I also witnessed Rich really help people when they were in need and be happy for the customer when they got thier belongings back that meant the world to them. Rich also made a donation for my 2 friends that are going on a mission to Malawi Africa on a mission. He is a kind HONEST good man, his shop is clean, well kept and nice to look around in. Rich and his boys go out of thier way to explain and look up the value of everything I drag into his shop. This place reminds me of being in my small honest hometown. Thank God there are still places like this, keep up the reputation of what a business should be ran like Rich. Thank you for your kind honest...
