I do not know about the quality of their wares or their craftmanship when it comes to repairs, but if you are taking jewelry in for appraisal I would be very wary. I took my mother's ring in for appraisal. They didn't have time, so I left it which was fine, but two days later I called because I wanted to take it somewhere else and asked if they had a chance to appraise it. They told me they would call me back and when they did they had not done a full appraisal just looked it over and offered me 1k for the ring which I found very unprofessional; I even laughed and said I would be picking it up immediately. My mother bought that ring for close to 10k 19 years ago. I took that ring to the other place I mentioned, and they appraised it for 14k full appraisal. I was debating reviewing since I didn't pay for anything, but I feel compelled to since they could have easily ripped me off had I not known anything about this ring. I had a nrckalace from my late wife to be fixed that i tangled and broke, it was a confusing neckalace to me, I yook it in to be detangled. unbent and fixed back together, It wasnt fixed like it was supposed to be, I was trying to get it like original, they put it back together and attempted to get it straigtened out but it wasnt right. I called and they had ne come back and he said vould work on it some more and I did that. Its still not right, In my opinion it was a confusing neckalace and I did mess it up, but they said they can do it abd it wasnt a problem... I was going to pay whatever to have it done, at the time money wasnt the issue since it was my loves neckalace, but maybe it was too hard? im not too positive , they were super nice to me and friendly, maybe they are good for more simple fixes? it bothers me everytime i put it on but oh well. very friendly...
