Now days we need to write reviews it is a must to share with others. I gave a 2 stars not because of the wonderful lady who helped me, she was great if I could give her 5 I would even though I was disorganized because I do not like having to do everything for big daddy gov...anyways, there were people having to wait including me for 45 mins...most the tellers had their closed signs up and you can hear them all laughing, talking, chatting it up in the back, then one at a time would slowly come up, take their time and then call a person who had been waiting 45 mins....We pay for them to work and people's time is precious and they seemed lazy, it bothered me alot that they did not care how many people were waiting, they literally had 2 people at the window. I also do not like the whole registrations this and that that we have to do, it is like we have to ask permission or pay to be free, oh wait we are not free. I would shut it all down especially since I saw the women not working at all. Just rude & lazy but I guess that's gov. My lady who helped me was...

I went in to register my car and unfortunately the dealer didn't include everything needed in their paperwork. However, Kay W was so kind and patient and told me exactly what I needed from them. I was able to acquire it via email and submit the document without having to leave and come back. She was phenomenally kind and clear.

I rated this place 16 months ago and I am rating it again today. Had my wallet stolen this weekend at taste of CDA so I needed a new license. 2hr and 40 min wait. Absolutely no parking available. So many people waiting outside in the blistering heat it looked like the line for concert tickets. This place is a joke. The employees are nice but the employee per customer ratio is absurd. There is Thankfully a sign outside saying a second licensing office is opening at some point in post falls. Absolutely insane there is one licensing office for a metropolitan area of over 100,000...
