Copow only gets one star because the instructions for heating their meals involves microwaving the food in the PLASTIC tray it comes in. Tsk tsk! Microwaving is bad for food anyways, but microwaving in PLASTIC is even worse!! Granted, they do have oven heating instructions, BUT it still it involves heating the food in the PLASTIC tray. You'd think they would know better and do better so they can serve the best, most nutritious food they can. So enjoy all those micro-plastic particles you will be consuming with your "organic" Copow meal. I guess the micro-plastic particles can just count as one more COLOR. ;-P (Too bad we don't have an option to just reply to the owner's reply, but here it is anyways! - Good job Detective! But just so you know I give this review because it is truly how I feel and I felt this way even when my spouse was working there. I chose to post this review of my own free will by-the-way! Furthermore, if your "highly knowledgeable" in-store staff explains how to move the meal to a plate to heat, why wouldn't you just have that printed on your label? Hmmm! I guess over time you and your staff will just continue to show your true colors. )

Delicious, convenient and AMAZING CAUSE! I order Cōpow all the way from Florida because I really value high quality food. I am SOOOO excited every time I receive my online orders of meals! They come in the cutest packaging and I love that I don’t have to worry about random chemicals that make me sick that i can’t even pronounce!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Love Cōpow so much + they donate a meal to those in need of for every meal i buy. Can’t beat that! So win win. Excited to try more of their offerings!

This “ croissant “ taste as dry as the dried orange peel decoration on the top. I bought it at 11 am, not even late afternoon, and expected a fresh treat. Very disappointed!

If I could leave a 6 star review I would.

Everything tasted amazing. Our kids loved the chocolate peppermint cookies and my wife loves the olive oil.

I was skeptical of meal delivery services after bad experiences with other companies in the past but Copow changed my mind.

Our food arrived nice and cold in sleek and efficient packaging.

Every meal was 100% natural, without preservatives and easy to heat and eat.

My favorite was the shrimp but all of them were great. If you get the chicken pocket finish it off in the air fryer, you won't be disappointed.

Next we're trying the bulk options to expedite meal prep...I will...

It was very hard for a person 88 yrs old to read the directions in the back so I could microwave it properly. The ingredient food is good, but it's overcooked and by me. My family bought too. We were going to ask when a good time was to purchase, as we need to buy some prior to a trip. It's a great idea, but not cooked proper....so we w ere disappointed. We were there and was told we should purchase NOT on a Sunday. The other day of the week is when they get the food in.

It's not easy to read the instructions or writing on the packaging and it would have been better if we didn't have to guess. Nothing on...
