The shipping was super fast and the product is, easily, one of the best, handmade leather wallets I have ever owned. I'll be looking forward to buying more from these guys in the future.

Still loving the leather and the craftsmanship. After all of this time it looks great and has held up perfectly.

The only thing that I absolutely cannot stand is how much the leather stretches and how little flexibility it allows the user. If I remove Only One credit card from the middle section, and turn the wallet over, every single card falls out. I could understand if I was removing two or three cards but one? I wish there was a way to change. I have an Old Coach leather wallet where some of the pockets have seen anywhere from one to three credit cards in it over the years and it's simply does not happen as much as...

First I wanted to say the products from Craft and Lore are fantastic, but the customer service is even better! I ordered 2 mountain belts, one is the russet color and one in the dark brown color. When I received them, I felt that the color difference between the 2 wasn’t drastic enough to be a different color. After having an instant message conversation with them on their website, it was patiently explained to me how sometimes that leather doesn’t take much dye and can be similar in color. After that conversation, I felt very satisfied with my purchase. To my surprise, the Gentleman at Craft and Lore overnighted me a Port Wallet as a wonderful gesture of customer service. I purchased a custom enfold wallet for my husband, he fell in love with it the moment he opened the package. I can not get him to stop talking about it and admiring it every time he pulls it out of his pocket.
