Figpickels Toy Emporium — Local services in Coeur d'Alene

This toy store is very clean and has amazing customer service and definitely makes their customers feel welcome.

If you guys have been on social media you guys might have came across these dolls, called “Labubu's”

I called the toy store to ask if they had these dolls. when I called, they said yes, I asked if they were real, and if they were from the manufacturer called Pop Mart store, the staff member who answered, the phone was a girl and she , did indicate that they were real. So I had them hold 2 for me.

when I came to the store, I felt very welcomed and I do appreciate the customer service that was provided today.

So I went ahead and bought two blind boxes called big into energy.

when I got to my car, I unboxed them and the dolls were deformed and looked very fake.

I scanned the QR code that was on the dolls and Pop Mart website did not recognize the verification and it was not real /authentic.

I was very bummed out that I got told that they were real and it turns out that they were fake.

I ended up calling the store and asking if I could return them and they said yes and I told them what happened.

The staff member that answered the phone was amazing and told me to come bring them back. they took the dolls and refunded my money and had no problems with it.

When she was helping me return them , she told me that they got these dolls from a guy that said he was pop mart at a ,toy show that they go to in LA.

I appreciate the staff member that was very polite and very sweet about what happened.

Would give star 5 out of 5 on customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store in incredible. I cannot say enough good things about them and how they handled every aspect of the sale. It wasn't just me, I saw them treat every single customer with the same amazing service. They have so much variety that I've never seen before. I went three times in 24 hours and every time I stepped in I found something I hadn't seen before! The young staff is a rare breed and absolutely TOP NOTCH - especially Devin who handled my particular transaction. I own a business and would hire any one of them in a heart beat. I purchased a large ticket item the first day and had to return the next day to request they ship it because I could not fly with it. We live in Oregon, but visit Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho almost every summer. One of our first stops when we get into town is Figpickels! We were in town over the 4th of July week and made our visit here. I am a private tutor with a large age range of students. I asked a man who worked there to help me find a couple of learning-style games that would be fun for my students. He took me around the entire store and showed me several choices and explained how they were played. I couldn’t believe his knowledge of games (I wish I had asked his name)! In the end, I purchased two games that I have been playing with my students for the last month and they are a HUGE hit!! I am so thankful for this employee’s knowledge and expertise.
