Staff was extremely rude. When I purchased some Berk boots at this store they didn’t have the color I wanted and I bought them with some skepticism and a strong feeling I may not keep them, I was told returns and refunds were fine within 30days and I needed receipt of purchase and all required packaging. When I returned a week later I brought the boots back to the store in the same condition they were purchased. The clerk saw I had made a portion of the transaction with a gift card she was immediately suspicious..? I responded with my willingness to accept a gift card in return. She proceeded to inspect the boots and very rudely declined my return accusing me of wearing them outside, it was dust from my home flooring, they had In fact been in the box all week, she proceeded to compare them to other shoes in the box telling me how dirty they were in comparison. i am on vacation here and i was having a pretty swell time. my family and i decided to go into this cute little mall. my brother and i saw some cool flip flops so we decided to go in. it was just my brother and i that walked in. the rude woman behind the counter if we needed any help and we replied “no, we are ok. we are just looking. thank you!” we look at the flip flops for about 5-7 mins then we start to take a look at the rest of the shop about to leave. as we start looking around, the lady (who’s name was KAREN) i kid you not said to us “if your not planning on buying anything then you better leave” we were in the store for TEN MINUTES. Very rude, went in just for a second so my sister could show me a deal they had on a north face, and we understood that it was five minutes before closing and we were trying to be in and out but the girl st the cash register asked us if we needed any help and we told her we were just looking stuff this one we had in her hand and she goes well then we’re closing so and followed us out and lock the door right behind us and it wasn’t even closing time yet.
