My kids and I popped in to get a few crystals for our journey and we were treated horribly. You would think that people would treat the people that are keeping them in business with some respect. I don’t know if they don’t like melanated people but he rushed us the whole time. From the time we got there til the time we left we were hounded about time and that he needed to close the store. When we looked online it said they closed at 6 but when we got there it said 5. I did not like the way we were treated and I would not recommend this place. Although they do have some nice stones their customer service is trash. My money is green and I can spend it elsewhere. I was rushed so bad that I forgot to get the papers that came with the stones I still purchased. Sad thing is I normally spend $100s when I go to metaphysical stores...

Super rude customer service. When we pulled up a person came outside at the same time to vape(I vape too, that is not the issue). They were standing outside, watched us go in and didn't say a thing to us. We went inside, and we were asked for our purses, to put behind the counter, by the same person that was outside. My niece, a person who values crystal shops got a "bad vibe". Try Clarity Center. You won't be asked to put your valuables behind a counter, and you will actually get someone who is willing to talk to you about crystals. We regret every dollar we spent at Gaia's!! Best crystal shop in town! Gorgeous selection, fair prices, and comfortable atmosphere. This is my go to shop for all gift giving holidays and birthdays, and of course when I want to treat myself! Almost every crystal in my house is from Gaia's, which is a lot! They have a better selection of jewelry than most crystal shops I've been in as well, and still price them fairly.
