I just wanted to edit my review from last night. I just spoke to a manager named Patrick who was not only very professional but also very helpful and understanding, unlike Kyle who in my opinion is racist and judgmental. You know just because I guy comes in looking all rugged and maybe a little dirty doesn't make him a liar and a thief....so the 5 stars are for Patrick I appreciate good customer service.(from last night)I am in shock that the manager Kyle here at the Coeur d'Alene store treated my husband like a thief and a liar. Today is Valentine's Day and he purchased a drone for me. When I opened it an hour later the box was empty. I was shocked but thought nothing about cause he could go right back there and show them the empty box and get another one, end of story. Well that is not what happens and when my husband returned home with nothing and visably upset that this Kyle manager was no help at all. I have never in my life been told by a manager that I would need to call the next day to speak to a manager and that there was nothing he could do. I asked him why he could not help us and he said it was late...it was 6:30 and the store was not closing any time soon. This isn't the first review I have read mentioning this Kyle guy. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have come several times and put my Onewheel upfront in the corner out of the way so It didnāt get stolen while I shop, as that is my source of transportation. They are not cheap and very likely to be stolen if I was to leave it outside. The employees name was Kyle and Iāve never had an issue in the past putting my board there when I have come 50 or 60 other times at least in the past. I was coming to swap out a tool that was messed up from the factory that I purchased from them. But instead, I ended up just returning it, and not purchasing the other items I was intending to. I will not be back and and thanks to Kyle I will take my business to Loweās or Home Depot in the future as they do not have a problem with me, setting my board down or even bringing it into the store with me so it doesnāt get stolen if I was to just leave it outside. Shout out to Kyle!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlways love going here and looking at everything. This time it was to look at belt sanders. Added bonus was finding a simple, handy tool to work with angles... I was hoping for years that this tool existed--never saw it before, but sure was glad I found it and got it. I have so many crazy angles coming up to work with, and this little tool is going to save me a lot of headaches. Also looked at a scrollsaw... So much fun....š Months later, Wednesday September 21, 2022 I went for tarps, shelf brackets, bolts and nuts, hacksaw and bi-metal blades for it. With the weather changing and rain on the way tonight, the larger tarps were already out of stock, so I got the next one down, plus a smaller one. They had the hacksaw, the bi-metal blades were separate, had to buy a pkg of 12. No shelf brackets, and only pkgs of mixed sizes of screws and bolts. The important things were the tarps and bi-metal blades, so I'm glad they were there. Help was great too. He knew the answers right away. Pretty cool and very helpful. Always love looking...
