I'm going to start with saying the ladies in spokane valley and north spokane are fabulous. All sweet and caring. I purchased my ring I believe 4 years ago now. I purchased it in spokane but lived in post falls so I'd take it into the coeur d alene store for cleanings because I also worked over there. When my ring broke the ladies in spokane informed me that it hadn't shown that I had my ring cleaned since my husband had bought my other ring which I knew wasn't right because I've also had that one cleaned multiple times. The ladies in spokane(both locations) informed me that the ladies in cda are really bad about putting your cleanings into your record and that they've had that issue with many clients. So when my ring got caught on my shopping cart and broke I went straight into the valley location since I was right up the road. They told me it should be covered by the coverage I paid extra for but sent me to cda since they are closing down. The ladies in spokane told me my coverage covers diamond loss and if it breaks at a prong. Well it snapped at a prong and when that happened I lost 2 diamonds. I was told it wouldn't be covered because it was accidental breakage and not normal wear and tear. I can tell you right now if it have been main cause me catching it on that cart it would have hurt very badly but I didn't even notice it right away. I was walking my cart back when I said huh that feels funny and looked at it and it was broken. Clearly there had to have been some damage already before breaking it. I also tried asking the manager some questions when I took my ring in to get it looked at and get an estimate and she was very rude and short with her answers. Made me feel very uncomfortable. When they called with my $600 estimate to fix it I said send it back. My husband wants to take it somewhere else. They have lost our trust and our services. My diamonds will be bought elsewhere. I came in to see if they could clean my ring which was not purchased there and also wanted to look at diamond bands. She was sitting at a low counter and i heard "can I help you?" I looked over at the other who was helping a couple ladies and realized she wasnt talking to me. I keep walking towards the counter and she leaned sideway and said it again. Why not stand up when a costumer didnt here you? I asked her about cleaning my ring and shr looked like it was a total inconvenience to even ask. She asked if i had a plan with Blue Nile. I said i dont know, my husband bought. She stands up and walks to the cleaning machine and i hand her my ring and start looking at bands. She must have thought that i couldn't hear or see her doung nothing to clean my ring. I took my ring back and asked how much for the "cleaning " she said we dont charge for cleanings. What cleaning I thought.. I work with the public and will not case any attention to an issue while there is peiple in the store. Update 03/16/22: My wife wanted a different setting for her diamond. So we went to Harry Ritchies's to browse. My wife told Angila what she was looking for and Angila suggested a particular band that matched a ring she purchased earlier. To make a long story short, it was the perfect band for her diamond. Angila told us it would be perfect and lo and behold, it was!! Angila had the vision of how it would look and convinced my wife that it would be a perfect match! I cannot say enough about Angila and this store. The staff are all so helpful and polite, no pushy sales pitch! If you're looking for something simple but elegant or just browsing come to this store and you'll find exactly what you're looking for.

This is only our second real purchase here at this store in CDA but we just love the people working there especially the manager, Angila!! Extremely friendly and helpful.
