Shopped around for furniture for two weeks to get our office furnished. We found a few things that were okay, but nothing really expressed the creativity I wanted to display. My wife and I went into Hayden furniture depot and noticed with the first display that they were a much more creative furniture store than any others we had shopped at. I found unique pieces that really fit the vibe we were going for. Sergei was the person who helped us out and he really shined with his personableness and knowledge of the furniture. We gave him our vision and he was quick to show us the pieces that fit into it. We left one hour after getting there with three separate pieces that completed the office needs. They are also delivering all the pieces to our office for a small fee. We found out they are a family owned business and are believers in our lord Jesus Christ. That really made all the difference for me because Jesus changed my entire life. Although we felt the pricing was extremely fair and we left feeling we got. A really good deal, we would have happily paid more to support a family owned Christian company. We had such a positive experience and would come back anytime in the future for furniture needs. Truly a pleasure to work with. As the CEO of The Woodhouz, a luxury real estate staging company, I have personally worked with all of the staff with this furniture company. I can attest to their professionalism, friendly nature, and the quality of furniture they sell.

Recently I had a large project that required me to ask if The Hayden Furniture Depot could hold onto the pieces I purchased from them. Without hesitation they willingly helped out my company awaiting a tentative delivery date from me. After close to 2 months of waiting I finally had a date and immediately called them. True to form without delay they leaped into action and scheduled a delivery that best suited my company’s needs. Not only did they deliver on time, every piece of furniture was in immaculate condition!

I’d give Luke 10 stars because he is the ideal customer service representative. He’s not just a salesman. He goes above and beyond, here’s why… initially I bought a piece in store that met all my criteria but was outside of my anticipated budget. I was in a little hot water with the hubby but we both realized how much the cost of everything has risen. Feeling like a goof, I went back in the next day and only got a few words out before Luke jumped in saying that’s ok let’s fix it… not how do we fix it… or what can I do… literally let’s fix it. I didn’t have to demand or grovel. Luke voluntarily picked up chairs from one side of the store to put next to the sofa on the other side of the store. He was professional, kind, very knowledgeable, very accommodating, has good taste and cares about his work family and the customer. Confidence and zero arrogance. If you think the price of things is high… go get your money’s worth in quality and service. Seriously. Here’s what Luke helped me coordinate with the 2 pillows and side table I brought in.
