Into The Woods — Local services in Coeur d'Alene

Stopped in to browse and shop for gifts today. Unfortunately the staff who was at the counter today doesn't have any tact or respect for their patrons.

My sons wife picked up a candle to look at, then the store employee told her "that's fifty dollars do you mind putting it down".

I am not one to place a negative review, and actually this might be my first but it is very warranted here.

This woman said it out loud, in front of shoppers and my grandchildren. This employees actions were disgusting and uncalled for. I hope the owner is reading this review. I will never step foot in this...

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews. This store is full of warmth and charm; intriguing items for oneself or gifts for your loved ones! Sometimes people just need to put a smile on someone else's face or give them a warm word of encouragement or even a hug!! BEAUTIFUL STORE!!! Been in there several times and NO ONE speaks a word to you. I had to ask how something worked and it was a true inconvenience to her and she did not know.
