A week ago I was in the store looking for some picture frame items. Iāve been in there numerous times over the years for picture frames, decor items, art supplies for my daughter, etc. I saw a girl there by the picture frames in the back corner of the shop. I stopped her for a brief question. I asked ādo you work here?ā She responded with ānot at the momentā Not exactly the response I was anticipating as I was only going to ask where the wall hooks for frames were. I was blown away at the lack of desire of the Michaelās employee to help me for even 5 seconds for a simple request. Anyway, I found them 2 or 3 aisles over and made my way to the register to purchase my frames and hangers. The line up front took forever, who knows why??? Anyway, I am finally up in line and the girl that helps me at the front desk was nice. I paid for my stuff and I asked her for the name of the girl that was wearing the black face mask. She said her name is JACLYN. Anyway, I am shocked at the lack of care from Michaelās and the poor quality of employees in this store now. I have attached a picture of the screen shot of how long I have been waiting on hold to share my feelings with Michaelās corporate. Itās become apparent that Michaelās doesnāt care in the least. There are other shops around for these products. I suggest you try them!! No customer should EVER feel like this when they are trying to do business with you. Hopefully, their management staff recognizes these problems and eliminates them. Otherwise, we will all be able to see that even management approves of this treatment of...

The problem is they never have enough cashiers on duty and 15 people in line. I went in a few weeks ago, against my better judgement and was pleased to see only 1 person in line and of course, 1 cashier. I got the stuff I wanted and got in line. The cashier took about 15 minutes with that ONE customer, screwing around on the customers phone!!! First to find a coupon that the inconsiderate customer should have had pulled up before she got to the register. They finally find it and then discover the cahier has to delete the entire sale and start over. Then, after the sale is done, all bagged and looks like woman is ready to leave, the cashier takes the woman's phone again, leans down on the counter with her elbows and just starts looking thru her phone. I was obviously irritated because this happens ALL THE TIME. It was as if the cahiers was doing this on purpose. So, as I have done many times before, I left my merchandise and walked out. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere was a very bad experience I just had I was checking out with one of the employees sweet girl and I had questions about the balloon and helium which I had called and discussed earlier saying if you buy balloons there they will fill the helium for free so I went donāt the party aisle grabbed a bag of latex balloons and said I would like these filled they told me thatās an outside source of balloons she was a bit confused so asked her manager to come help in which the manager was so rude talking down to the employee saying did she read the price did she open the book to read. Absolutely disgusting attitude especially in front of a paying customer rude to me when I was asking questions.
