I really like the Midtown Market. It's more like a vendor mall, with lots of individual shops (stalls.) There's lots of handmade/crafty items, nick-nacks and would be a good stop on a souvenir hunt (for those visiting CDA) about 1/4 of market is boutique type clothing, primarily women's, some antique/collectable stalls and a ton of home decor. As a Maker myself, I see lots of laser engraved projects, resin jewelry, customized hand towels, aprons, napkins, gift bags and cards, and lots of wall decor (Hobby Lobby-ish, but with a little more character.) Most of the shops cycle out items/themes for the season. I was in the market before Christmas and bought a wreath, and last week many of the shops have moved to Valentine's Day or Spring items. Midtown Market is a great place to take visitors, find unique gifts or something for yourself and support a local small business.
