We discovered Mountain Madness when we were vacationing in Cour d'Alene last summer. We bought 3 soaps & we were hooked! Between my daughter, my husband & myself we have ordered online from MM 4 times in the last 6 months. The soaps are always well packaged & the free shipping is quick - 3 days max. The last order they even threw in some free body butter & now I am hooked on that...We are a family with itchy skin & eczema so we have to be picky about soaps & so far we haven't found one that flared it up on any of us! Their shop is super cute! The prices are reasonable for a high quality product! I recently bought a rollerball perfume that is also good! These are my go-to gifts! So, go to Mountain Madness for all your skin needs!!! It's a great time to support local business as well as keeping your hands clean at all times!

Visited here for the first time today, and they were incredible. The staff were so friendly, inviting, and personable! I browsed around the store and decided on getting myself three bath bombs to try out, it's one of my favorite ways to relax! They had plenty of amazing scents to choose from! Once I got them home I randomly selected from my bag and landed on the cranberry scent I'd chosen, it was beautifully fragrant in the bath and dissolved quickly! I smell incredible now and my skin is velvety soft, not to mention the added Epsom salt for any aches and pains you might be experiencing! Then, the cherry on top, is that their products are all handmade, locally sourced, they pay their employees a living wage, and donate some of their proceeds to many wonderful charities and organizations. All around an amazing experience and a business I can feel good about supporting when I purchase some of my favorite luxury relaxation/bath items....

This business sets the standard of how a company should operate it's customer service. Visited MountainMadnessSoap during a vacation in Coeur d'Alene (Feb 2019). Bought a few items of which we used immediately upon returning home (Shawnee, KS). Loved the lotion so ordered a few more jars via online. Received the shipment very quickly with one of the jars cracked on two sides(not broken). Contacted the store directly and amazingly two days later, received the product. In addition, noticed that if you signed up for their rewards program, one can accumulate points quickly for free items. Explained that we did not sign-up prior to making our online or store purchase. That same day, the lady had us registered with full points of all purchases made in-store and online. The business structure, employees and again, customer service of this company needs to be commended on their outstanding business...
