I LOVE THIS PLACE! What an amazing group of (mostly) women, lifting each other up. The instructors all truly care about your health and proper form, which is huge. I love the barre and reformer classes. I didn't know how bad my form was until I came here, and the instructors' adjustments are truly helping my "old lady - over 40 yrs old" body. The owner (Kelly) is completely invested in us. I injured my shoulder and Kelly helped me figure out how to set myself up for healing (ugh, I have to THINK while working out, darnit!), but the corrections she gave me yesterday were literally what my physician (today) told me I needed. I also had injured my hip flexor last year and physical therapy was not helping. Literally 3 weeks in the reformer class did more than 3 MONTHS of PT. These wonderful ladies know their stuff and also always have alternatives if you are injured or ailed... or old :P There is also a huge focus on balance, which we are going to need more and more as we age. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Very warm and inviting! With the exception of my stupid shoulder, I've never felt better or looked forward to...
Read moreI heard about Reform Studios through a Facebook promotion. The studio was having a Spring into Summer Challenge. I often get tired of the same workout routine, so I decided to participate in the challenge to switch things up. I was most concerned that the instructors would be critical of my beginner skill level because it is a specialized studio. My worries were put to ease with the first barre class I attended. All the instructors are friendly, encouraging, and promote personal growth (not perfection). I started attending 3 classes a day, including pilates, barre, and aerial silks. As a result, I feel stronger, leaner, and more energized. I especially see improvement in my posture, which is a huge reward for me. I encouraged multiple friends of mine to attended classes with me. None of them have had a bad experience yet. Some have become members. Whatever your current workout routine is (Crossfit, running, gym classes, etc), I would HIGHLY recommend incorporating Reform...

I love the variety of fun quality classes that focus on building a strong core while strengthening and stretching our muscles. The instructors are highly trained and very personable helping clients to use their bodies properly in good alignment. The barre, Pilates, yoga, reformer, springboard, and aerial fitness all help me improve and maintain my strength for all of the outdoor activities which I enjoy. TRX is coming soon, too. I have met so many wonderful women here (men are also welcome). Plus now the delicious and healthy new Prana Juice Bar and Eatery is right next door. I highly recommend...
