Spirit Halloween — Local services in Coeur d'Alene

First store since 2010 I've went to when I moved to Idaho, that even came close to my home states awesomeness! Me and both my girls, niece nephews, and grandkids ( ages 4 -39 we all found exactly what we were looking for. And they were not easy costumes! This place had everything and more , I ended up spending 420.00 on bags and bags of last day shopping! But found everything! And we all ended up buy 2 costumes each and nails , make up, accessories!!! Super good prices and again, this was last minute. I thought it would have been a disaster in the store, all picked through and my expectations were low...but a pleasant surprise! Not only was the entrance fun.hanging in the doorway was a walk way entrance resembling a short scary haunted house! They had it all....all our costumes which ranged from kids 4 years old looking for spiderman and unicorns to sexy combat suit that drove my husband wild, catholic girl skirt that I'm sure will be worn on other days besides halloween, really great prices on my granddaughters warmie lady bug costume...and well, steampunk costume with the skull can, nylons for really cheap. I bought a bunch extra cuz they were super cute and ridiculously cheap for how cute and some really sexy thigh highs... etc...all around, it rly exceeded my expectations and all was worth 420 dollars that went to a great cause, shriners kids hospitals! So, no buyer remorse for 2 reasons! Great place...reminded me of party america! I'm excited I dont ever need to go to another store like walmart for a costume , oh so happy! I visited the store in Coeur d alene idaho. The 2 ladies the were working at the time were not welcoming or educated about their products. They were talking about their employees in a negative way and then received a phone call and the assistant manager didnt want to talk to what I can only assume was a customer . She rolled her eyes and put her hands to her face in frustration. I asked the other lady behind the counter if they had a fitting room so I could try something on. She said their fitting rooms weren't open now and that she had just clocked out for lunch. She then told me I could try it on in an aisle over my clothes. I like spirit of halloween and have never experienced what i had in a store before. I will never go to...

I like the store for the convenience of having costumes readily available; however, if you’re going to have an open time then you ought to be sure it’s open at that time. Store time states 8 on the door, on google and on the website but an employee didn’t even show up until 830 and said they didn’t open until 9. I pointed out the indifference and all that was stated was we couldn’t enter until 9 and that they’d check the website. If it weren’t for my kid’s wanting to go in this particular Halloween store, I would’ve shopped somewhere else and given a different store money for my overpaid costume. This will definitely be the last time I shop here. Prices are far too high and the quality seems to be getting...
