Very disappointing! I have been shopping at Tiffany Blur for years! I remember back when they changed their policy to only let you exchange items, you can’t return anything for your money back. Well I finally needed to exchange something less than 3 weeks after I purchased it and they won’t take it back for store credit. I had the tags on and the receipt but their policy is now exchange within 2 weeks. It was 30 days in the past and I was barely over 2 weeks. This is a total scam! Especially for locals you actually shop there

Response to owner response: My review has nothing to do with the employee working at T-Blue (which the owner seems to allude in their response). I'm sure she is a lovely person. The return policy (which is ridiculous) is just an example of how this business doesn't support its customers. I've heard other stories of them rejecting returns at one store because an item was purchased at their shop across town. Does that sound like "highly acclaimed" customer service?...
