We had a couples massage. Both of the therapists were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The lady upstairs that greeted us and walked us to the changing areas was also amazing. The shower, infrared sauna were all wonderful facilities. I had pain from a fall hiking the day before and my therapist totally fixed my neck/back pain. A lovely warm robe/and shoes were given to us. The massage table was also heated. We were allowed to choose our aromatherapy oil which is a nice touch; I used with my own massage clients. Now to the only 2 less than 5 star items. 1) we made our appointment in person the day before. My spouse and I both heard 9am with 8:45 arrival. At 8:10 we got a call asking where we were. We explained we both heard 9am appt. Thankfully they worked it out but the front desk girls never took responsibility for confusing the time and was pointed out “we would not have been able to reschedule an hour late during busier times of the year” like they were angry with us. 2). The razors provided are terrible. Husband and I both left bleeding from shaving! The sweet lady walking in to me dabbing my bloody leg with tissue paper and graciously went and got me a bandaid. She then mentioned this happens all the time!!! Why they can’t provide better disposable razors knowing this is common is ridiculous. Wonderful...

I have heard you remodeled this hotel in 2018. Let me just say that I stayed there 3 years ago and wouldn't be writing a review if not for the constant emails I get to stay there again. I have read the recent reviews and sounds about what I experienced. First it is like a motel 6 or 8 dated everything like from the 70's. I would have rather stayed there. Since it was the 4th of July weekend I paid over 400 a night for our room. I would have rather stayed at the budget inn. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was horrible had to go to walmart to purchase a comforter and new pillows. It wasn't worth complaining as I asked to switch rooms and it was just as bad. Not worth the high prices. Stay at an econolodge at least it's clean and you know what you're getting. Here they make it sound so wonderful and then you go to your room and YIKES. I don't want money or an apology just to let others know about how bad the hotel is and the set up is not resort like at all. It is not a 4 star more like a 1 star and they should adjust their prices. Golf course is beautiful at least there is that. If someone is working there who was there 3 years ago sure they saw the decent bedding that we purchased and left for the next unfortunate guest. My husband called your phone line and spoke to Kathleen who transferred him to book spa services for my birthday. Well I showed up to your Spa only to be told they were booked at the Casino! This happened to another lady in front of me as well. You have an issue with your transfer service, but I was made to feel like it was our fault even though the Spa Manager herself said this happens all of the time. This was my birthday gift on my actual birthday and no effort was made to try to correct it. I have been looking for a spa to frequent since we are newer to the area and have always enjoyed staying at this Resort. I guess I’ll keep looking. Just wanted to add as a former Spa Director myself I feel there was a huge opportunity missed here. When the Spa Manager came she didn’t seem to want to try or put any effort forth to rectify the situation. I would have acknowledged the frustration of the person, apologized for the mixup and welcomed them to enjoy our facility at another convenient time.
