We had previously bought a leash for one of our dogs here and had a great experience, BUT we just welcomed a new puppy and went in to check out some new things for him and our puppy was very nervous and barked at the other dog, which seemed to be owned by the lady working. They women was so rude just came up to me and gave me a scowl of a look. Then I took my puppy outside and she proceeded to come outside and do the same thing again. How incredibly rude. I obviously have a puppy and was trying to claim him down. She also opened late. All I wanted was some help with new products and the leash we had gotten there before. I will be extremely hesitant to come there again. We are locals and will have to find another place to shop for our pets needs....

The dog is super sweet and cute, but the owner or worker was not very friendly. She didn't even greet us. She was just very annoyed that my daughter walked in with a cup of ice cream. I understand that you don't want food in the store, but you need to be friendlier when telling people they can't have ice cream in the store. I'm pretty sure you didn't have a sign, and if you did, you might want to make it more visible. Just so you know, you made my sweet daughter cry with how you spoke to her. Maybe you don't realize how you speak, but...

So I’m not from here, I don’t know who the person was working there but they were extremely rude to me and my cousin. We went there and were looking at the dog collars and I was saying to my cousin how cute they were. That I didn’t think they would fit my sister’s dog because he’s so big. This person interrupted our conversation and told me I was lying. That I needed to show her proof of the dog. She made other comments and we just left the store. Will not be going back!
