The cashier was not very nice. I took my daughter and grandkids for a family night. It was Tuesday, which is a buy 2, and get one free night. She had my daughter and grandson weigh theirs together and when I got to the register and added mine I told her that I didnt get the third one free and she told me that's because they did theirs together, I then asked how do I get the third free and she told me she couldn't do anything about it because she couldn't back up. It was her fault, and when I said something about it, not being right. All she said was that's alright. Well no its not alright it my money, not hers, and that's not what they advertise. Very poor...

Walking in, this place is cute and has a great setup with a small kids table and color wall. However, the other tables are glass and bar height, which is not very family-friendly, especially for little kids to sit, or sit in a highchair. As we walked in the manager lady was talking at the register with the teenage employee. We were not greeted and There was no one else in the store. As we left, the teenager made an effort to thank us, which was the only acknowledgement we received other than paying. One star because she tried at least. We will never recommend a place that is ran by someone who does not even attempt to make customers...

Giving 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past and the fro yo is really good. But I can't get over the fact that the three teenaged girls works were really unprofessional. Don't get me wrong I know They're teenagers. One of them was gossiping with the other infront of myself and kids and one was putting her gloved hands in her mouth! She was putting them in her mouth and snapping them around in her mouth finger by finger. The girls were nice but that's disgusting. I will not be going back to this location ever ever again. That's so horrifying to think she had her slobbery gloves in the toppings or anything for...
