Placed an order for Thanksgiving on November 2nd. Called two weeks before Thanksgiving and they forgot to order my turkey. After being passed around, a lady said I have your information, and I will order your turkey it should be here Saturday the 23rd. I ordered a 25 to 30 lbs bird as I will have 20 plus people over. We'll today is the day to go get my bird and guess who couldn't bother to call the customer and offer any help or update as the bird wasn't ordered. Absolutely the worst customer service and follow-up I have ever dealt. Try calling your customers and giving them a heads up that you don't know how to do a simple task like ordering a Turkey for Thanksgiving day. I'm in Love with this store. 20 years ago, next month. This store and I exchanged looks across the auditorium at Coeur d'Alene High School, and 5 year later we were married. This store has never let me down, not just with restaurant sized quantities of fresh foods and dry goods, and with restaurant styled stainless steel cooking ware, but also with a nightly loving embrace that thrift shop romance novels envy. Great prices, even beating out Winco and Costco. You MUST be buying in bulk though as the quantities you get are going to be way too much for a small or even average sized family. There is a massive variety here too. Everything from your standard meats and veggies, to much more exotic items you would have a hard time finding elsewhere.
