These guys have always treated me great, so I hate having to leave this review. I've bought juice many times based on recommendations of the people in store, and I ended up hating it, and of course couldn't return it, and accepted it as a loss. This time was different. I was told that this new juice people were saying they were tasting menthol but that it wasn't menthol. People just confuse menthol with coconut flavor. Well, I've been vaping coconut flavored juices for 14 years as my primary flavor of choice, and they are 100 percent wrong. It has menthol. I buy the juice walk out to my car taste a little on my finger, realize it's menthol just like the other customers said, walk back in and of course no refunds thank you for your $25 which is over twice the cost it is online BTW. As a long-time customer, an exception should have been made based on the information they gave me. If anyone can distinguish coconut flavor from menthol, it's me because I've vaped coconut flavored juices from probably over 20 companies, and because I specifically hate menthol flavored anything. My last experience in the store prompted me to write a very negative review but after going in today I am really happy with how different it was! My vape died this morning and I was stressed bc I always just buy my stuff online bc it's cheaper but since that wasn't an option this time when I looked up places nearby this was the only one open b4 10am so I figured I would give it another chance.
