Harrington's Thrift Store — Local services in Coffeyville

Went off the path home to come to this thrift store due to all the 5 star reviews of how friendly they are and all the great deals. Those reviews must have been from local friends.

Truth is that the items in this store are items that goodwill couldn't sell. Low quality. However, the prices are according so they get the second star for fair prices.

I didn't encounter any friendliness that some of the 5 star reviews mention. I walked in and tge gentleman at the register didn't say hello or acknowledge a customer coming in. He sat there looking at his phone. At one point he sneezed and I said Bless you and he didn't look up from his phone or say thanks or anything.

After looking around the store as I left just to see if he was hard of hearing I said thank you as I walked past. He mumbled thanks.

This places is like a very good version of Pandoras box, or a box of chocolates!! You truly never know whatcha gonna find that you never knew you needed!!! The best part is this owner knows what the definition of "thrift" is. You might spend a lot of $ maybe a little $, but regardless you will leave happy with what you got for your money. Watch the facebook page to see what they have! I always miss the good stuff though. Not great to take kids too breakables in reach, tight walking paths in some spaces. Prices are touch and go. Sometimes cheap, some times the same as new. Definitely worth going to if you need...
