If I could give them zero stars I would. I don’t usually do this, but something needs to be said about this place. I was traveling from Colorado to Missouri and had the unfortunate experience of stopping In here to get an axle seal replaced to continue my trip. First off.. they had no idea at all how to replace the axle seal on my pickup and were taking suspension components off that didn’t need to come off to remove the front axles. Tearing it apart was hard enough to watch. Watching them put it back together was worse. They beat my axles back in with hammers damaging the splines on my axles. Long story short I made it 4 hours down the road ( 7 hours after being their shop all day) to Topeka Kansas and the exact axle seal they just replaced was puking fluid in a parking lot at a fuel station. I called them the next day and brought it to their attention and they asked me to send them pictures, so I did. I then get a call back saying I was a “fraud” and my pictures were fraudulent. They told me I placed the fluid there to make it look like it was leaking. I wouldn’t be writing this review if they were willing to work with me and do right by it, but I will not be called a fraud after giving you my business. They had the opportunity to make it right and they didn’t so now they get to have this on their website. I also asked them to replace a u joint and they told me the joint I purchased was the wrong one and the existing u joint was fine to continue my trip. When I finally got the pickup home and into my shop I drained the diff fluid and found it full of metal shavings where they beat my axles in with a hammer, a damaged axle seal ( they replaced) and I replaced the u joint that they said was “fine”. Take it from me and don’t make the mistake I made. They charged me over 600 dollars for incompetence and a terrible job. I have pictures and videos of EVERYTHING, but remember I’m a “fraud”. Could not have had a better experience! My car broke down (2017 Ford Escape) about 20 miles away from Colby on our way back to Missouri and it ended up at Denny's and Sons. We knew nothing about the area and still had to make it home, so we left the car there overnight and just crossed our fingers that things would work out and be okay. Ariel was absolutely phenomenal, and texted us videos of the whole repair process while explaining what was happening. It ended up being a busted water pump that wreaked some havoc, but Ariel got it running like new.

Before we came to pick it up, she drove it herself at multiple speeds and exertions to make sure it was in top shape. When we picked it up, she said she does this because, "if it's not perfect and it breaks down, I would rather it break down on me - not you." Pricing was also very transparent and it was priced accurately for the issue.

We picked it up about a week later and had absolutely zero issues on our 8 hour drive back home. It sounds like new, and she did an amazing job. Great service and great work! I couldn't...

I took my 1999 Ford ranger into these guys to have my Intake manifold gaskets and my valve cover gaskets replaced. i was traveling from Denver colorado to Knoxville, TN and had blown the gaskets. a month later, I started having really bad oil leaks and found out that both the gaskets that were serviced by Denny were leaking pretty bad. I was told to take it to certified shop and that he would fuly warranty the service and parts. the shop that re-diagnosed the problem put Denny at fault. When i called Denny, he offered 100 dollars for "labor". well the issue is that the part itself was $123 and the full service came out to $500, labor costs was $377. he refused to warranty the fix and cussed me out and hung up on me and will not respond back. These guys are shady and WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
