Dollar General — Local services in Coldwater

I stopped to reload my American express serve card, which is supposed to have free reloads. I was charged $3.95 for reloading. I went and got another card off the shelf. In large print was FREE RELOADS. Thats the whole reason I purchased that particular card in the first place. I took it to the cashier and asked why I was charged a fee. She state "they may not charge at other places but we charge $3.95." Dollar General needs to take that card off the shelf if it's not going to honor what is advertised. I loaded my card any way but will not be back to that particular store. I haven't checked with other Dollar General locations so who knows if maybe she just didn't know how to do it. She sure didn't ask...

I think they should do more bike stuff. Like Dollar generals are all around and Walmart and Target and play places like that that sells tools and tires you have to go a long ways to find what you're looking for if you don't have a vehicle and you're just traveling by experience I've walked hundreds trying to find a Walmart and came across tons of Dollar store Dollar generals and family Dollar and none of them were any help because I was looking for one thing one single tube so please...
