I ordered a $50 bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered for mother's Day. My MIL never got them. I called the Monday after getting their voicemail that says they're closed Monday and Tuesday. I called again Wednesday and got their voicemail again. Life got busy and I didn't think to call again until I arrived in Cole Camp to visit my in laws and tried calling them since they were open on a Wednesday. Straight to voicemail. So my husband and I hop in the car to just go see them. I explained the issue and a lady said she went to the property but no one was there. I asked her why she didn't call me because we could have worked out a time for delivery to be reattempted. She said she didn't have my number. I'm sorry but as a rule of business shouldn't you have collected a number associated with an order? Why wouldn't you re-deliver? It's a 9 minute drive. Coincidentally, she pulled out the bouquet from the cooler, now upon closer inspection, definitely shows the wilting and dying of being made almost 3 weeks ago. We just took them and left. So please make sure you leave your number with them with expectations of what happens when they have an unsuccessful delivery. Ridiculous!...

I would like to begin by saying 3 separate family members had purchased 3 different types of arrangements for my uncles funeral. All three arrangements were not worth the price they payed which added up to about 600 dollars or more. The arrangements were not as full as they were promised and one of them had wilted and browning as if dying already dying. Flowers going to a funeral should not look like they are dying. We are externally disappointed with the purchases and would like someone from the company to contact us. We will not purchase...
