Triple Creek Golf Course — Local services in Cole Camp

I’m trying to get into golf, so I have been using by friends clubs. We were on hole one and another buddy that wasn’t golfing was with us and he had boots on (we shouldve been in the right attire) and Tom the grounds keeper was very rude and threatened us with getting kicked out and then called us dumb for bringing a guy in boots (who wasn’t even golfing but paid anyway). Then Tom proceeded to talk to other groups about us and making fun of me for using my friends clubs (again I’ve golfed twice in my life, and I’m trying to see if I want to get into and get my own) and then he said that we were golfing too slow, but there was a group of 5 in front of us that we had to wait on ourselves. Tom then proceeded to talk bad about us, and watch us play through his range finder… I find that quite weird that he felt the need to do that but it’s whatever. My friends are members at triple creek, and Tom made it very known that they do not care about the customers and are not open to outsiders coming and golfing. I will never do business with this course again, and I would highly recommend to everyone to go to another course...

Guy in front of us was way off the fairway toward the tree line and I laid up with my 3 wood and Tom(grounds keeper) pulls up and says, “Are you guys with him? How would you feel if someone bombed one into you guys?” Again, wind was into our face and the ball went absolutely no where and Tom got offensive about it. Fairly well kept place, but if you're not a member, good luck. Prices are steep for whats really a nine hole course. For $50, I've played much nicer places. As most people have said, groundskeeper seems to go out of his way to complain to everyone who's not a member. I understand cart paths, and would be glad to stay on them, but when the potholes rattle my teeth, I'm going to steer...
