I placed an order about a month back (May). Their lead times are posted, so it being June 22nd and the product just shipping is not the issue.
However, a pre-authorization on June16th for $150.65 and the total amount charged ($128.61) on June 21st is. The pre-authorization has yet to fall off. I wrote an email on 6/21 asking what's going on and Michelle replied on 6/22 that they do a pre-authorization on the total + 15% and if it is a debit card to let them know, because debit cards seem to hold pre-authorizations longer.
I responded for the sake of potential future purchases let's call it a debit card to avoid this. I also responded that being charged at the time of check-out plus the 15% (for any shipping discrepancies?) is optimal. Refund me if the total is less upon shipping. Not everyone has the money for their order x2 and regardless that's not cool. There's got to be a better way.
I got an automatic response saying my email was not delivered and I am blocked. I tried copy and paste to the claims email versus Michelle's email and the same thing happened. I'm not sure what's going on, but this is not good customer service.

   Read moreI have to say I’m quite upset with my first experience, had a hell of a time having to provide a document that Nancy asked for just to make a order, even though I’m in Florida and a online store so most orders are out of state and because I’m a destination location out of state orders don’t pay tax on items, I still went and got this document finished, I was told before hand my stuff would ship out 2-3 days for Florida location, order and money didn’t ship or process for days after that which was frustrating due to our launch that’s happening on the 4th, well I was patient didn’t complain, I found out today from fedex my package is now gonna be late which puts back EVERYTHING because they didn’t put my correct address on the package. This review is solely on my experience with the buying process/shipping and how Nancy was condisending in the process. After providing the tax certificate they requested, the sales rep Nancy told me they still didn't have the correct document. She and her supervisor also accused us of creating our resale certificate on the computer. When transferred to her supervisor, she claimed that the email and attachment came separately and Nancy wasn't aware that we had provided the tax certificate they requested.
