O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Colebrook

I have been shopping here for over 16 years and they have had about 96 percent of the parts I have needed in stock and when they don't have it in stock they can have it for you the next day or two the reward program saves you alot on your shopping also and the beginning of February my daughter had a problem with her honda minivan when she went down south so she stopped in to a parts store down there and had her electrical tested because her car would start and then she go somewhere and then it wouldn't start and the parts store down there said it wasn't her battery they didn't know what it was and I kept telling her it's her battery so she went to O'Reilly's in colebrook and head them test her electrics and they backed me up and told her her battery was junk it had Frozen and she bought a brand new battery and has not had a problem ever since and I would recommend O'Reilly's to anyone that needs parts for their vehicles and even if they need their vehicles tested to see what's wrong they'll come up with what's wrong with it and tell you the only way that O'Reilly's could be better is if they were open 24 hours 7...

While there are many places and other O'Reilly Auto Parts, this one has an amazing staff member who was not only kind and respectful, he was extremely helpful. I do not know his name, only he appeared to be in his young twenties, had dark hair and facial hair. I came in seeking window washer fluid and a back window wiper. After finding one in the system, he told me he needed to locate it so I wandered the store, thinking it must be taking some time not hearing anything. Turns out he was instead installing it on my car having found it. I was so grateful and surprised.

Used to be good but not So much anymore never have any parts in stock always have to order I don't go to parts store to have to wait I need the parts that day that's way i go to the parts store if I wanted to wait for them I would have just ordered them online myself and pay half the cost and then you guys at the Colebrook location 15 minutes or more before closing time I called the guy said we close at 5pm ok I got there at 547 pm and the place was closed right up tight and this isn't the first time I've ran...
