We had an amazing experience with Kitchen Wise & Closet Wise from start to finish! Setting up our initial free estimate was very easy and we received text and email reminders that were very detailed and informative. Surprisingly and of special importance to us, this included a short business bio and a professional and personal bio about the technician coming over along with a picture as well. It was such a nice extra mile touch to make us feel comfortable about having a stranger in our home and was so appreciated. When Christian arrived we chatted some and he was in no rush to get started or make a sale or pressure me in any way. He asked me thorough questions about what I was trying to achieve, the price range I wanted in materials, measured and worked on the design, talked me through it, made helpful suggestions, but never asserted an ounce of pressure. He was trying to design what we wanted, whatever that was, to make us happy, and we are!!! We're in a Gardenia model so have those tiny closets, and while we knew it would be better, we were truly blown away by all the space we now have! I had all of my sweaters, jackets, coats, motorcycle leather, 5 pairs of shoes and other items we wanted in our closet either hanging on the back of the bedroom door, in a foyer cabinet, in a guest bedroom, and in our garage. But NOW it is ALL in our closets!!!! AND now those other rooms have the items I wanted in them there because there's room where all of my clothes used to be. It even allowed me to bring some things out of the attic i used to have to go back and forth to get! The follow up was just as wonderful as the initial contact too. We've been checked on several times to make sure we're happy and satisfied. Scott & April and their team TRULY care about getting their customers exactly what they want. I was very pleased with the product and service provided by Kitchen Wise & Closet Wise. Scott was prompt for his appointment and was very professional. I was interested in pull out shelves for a pantry and a lazy susan for a corner cabinet. He took the time to show me the quality of the product and the versatility in which the shelving could be adjusted. This was the only company who was interested and willing to build a lazy susan for the corner cabinet for a reasonable price and efficiently, so we didn't need to make major changes to the existing countertop and cabinetry. The turnaround time from order to availability was roughly 10 days - so not a long wait thankfully. The installer Marc was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained what he was there to do. When he was done with the job he showed me the versatility of the pull outs and how to adjust them. There was no debris for me to clean up when he finished and I'm thrilled to have my lazy susan working in the corner cabinet! Thank you Kitchen Wise - thank you Scott and Marc! KitchenWise ClosetWise exceeds expectations!!! Their work made my 5 year old Charlotte model feel and look brand new and soooo functional !! Christian, the estimator, was on time, listened to my needs- replace unusable wire racks in the pantry with real shelves, pull-out trash cabinet next to the sink using an unusable cabinet, 2 pull out drawers that can handle HEAVY cookware, and shelving in the laundry room. His suggestions exceeded my needs and respected my budget!! 5 weeks later Marc and Jamie came to my home to install. They were on time and finished in under 2 hours!! After they left, I noticed the pull-out trash cabinet was not flush. I text Scott, he immediately text me back to arrange for Marc to come back. Marc returned a day or two later fixed the issue with a smile!! Incredible customer service- responsive- they aren’t happy until their customer is happy and I AM THRILLED.
