I started with a picture of a ring online, showed them what I wanted and they worked with me to find the perfect diamond and mount that I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy and they made the experience very enjoyable. They actually care about making people’s dreams come true. They were genuinely happy to have helped me find the perfect ring for my future wife. The ring was high quality at a very reasonable price and it was gorgeous. My fiancée was impressed. I contacted Olney Jewelers to resize my heirloom platinum engagement ring and antique platinum band. I met Frank at his house, which is where he does all of his work now. This made me a little nervous, but I soon found out I had nothing to worry about. Frank went above and beyond to size my rings. We found out that my engagement ring had been previously resized and someone swapped the platinum with 14k white gold. Frank assured me that he could fix the issue. I wanted to swap a charm from one necklace to another. Sounds like a simple switcheroo I could do myself. However, I was wrong, it seems the necklace is such of good quality, it didn't permit just "anyone" to conduct this task. However, Olney Jewelers saved the day!
