I am giving them 3 stars because the experience you get at the sales store was great. BUT THE WARE HOUSE IS ANOTHER STORY. Knowing WHEN my furniture is going to get to the warehouse so I don't end up with an empty living and worse have to make multiple trips out there, seems like it would be pretty much selling furniture 101 but I guess not. Worst part was all the attitude I got from the front office lady after I waited for 15 minues in the empty lobby, ringing the little call bell. She really acted like I was bothering her. People just ignore you while your waiting at the dock. Four people walked by not doing anything and didn’t even acknowledge me. I called an hour ahead of time , checked in at the front desk, backed up to the door, five minutes after that a person backed and almost instantly have their stuff loaded. About 4 minutes after that someone walked by then turned around and ask if I had been helped. I said no, he said someone will be with you shortly and walked away. Took way too long to get our furniture and we had to help them find it. They also couldn’t find out paperwork that they already gave us but forgot about it. The girls in the office are nice but the warehouse people need to work on their organizational skills. There were also two females that went out back wheee you pick up furniture that only went out to yell about their manager. Unfortunately this is the only place that you can pick up your furniture unless it is directly from the store off of...
