On Friday night, April 28, 2017 my best friend and I were road tripping back home from Colorado. We were on our way to Springfield and hit a deer outside of Collins. The highway patrolman called Mikes. To say I was nervous about having to ride with someone I didn't know, in a place I was completely unfamiliar with is a understatement. Jason, the guy who came to tow my friends car was so kind and so helpful. He kept us laughing and made us feel at ease. After dropping the car off he took us to the hotel where we had reservation and made sure we were ok before he made his way home. I can't say enough nice this about this company. At 10pm, I am sure he would have rather been at home with his family, but he was taking care of us. Oh did I mention it was pouring down rain. 24 hour wrecker service? So if this is true why is it ? On Friday evening around 7pm when I wrecked my car & the car was taken to the lot..... why am I not able to come get my belongings outta my car? I'm told they do not allow people into the impound lot? And they are only open from 8-5 M-F.... um 24 hour service? WTH? It's my car! And I specifically ask him why the hurry to tow it? Mike’s saved our bacon! My daughter and I had a blow out 1 mile south of town. There were severe storms about to roll through. We googled and found Mile. He had a truck to us in under 8 minutes. Got us back to his shop and pulled the blown tire in another 10. Just as the huge rain drops began falling, his guys were putting the freshly mounted tie back on our car. In just under 45 minutes total from the time I called, we had a brand new tire and we’re back on the road. The charges were completely reasonable.
