I would like to say that I am disappointed in the way that my experience turned out with hat launch. I was very nervous about doing this online and not from a shop I could walk into. So I chose this company because I had heard that the service was good and that they would go above and beyond to make sure that the customer was happy. I did not find that to be true and now exactly what I was afraid of has happened and now I am stuck with hats I can't use and are not the same color as my logo. The process was fine and the hat brands were good and decent price. I was excited to receive my hats and when I opened them I was immediately disappointed . The stitching was good and the hats were well packaged only problem was the color did not match my logo. My logo is gold and what I got was yellow. I realize that are thousands of different thread colors and every one can think of a different shade of the same color. My issue is that it is clearly yellow and not the gold that matches my logo. I wasn't even going to say anything because I figured they were not gonna do anything but I decided to see if I was wrong. I wasn't. I was told to send pictures back of the hats which I thought was strange because they made them but ok whatever. So at the beginning the customer service was good. I sent photos and explained that the color was not on brand and it was yellow not gold and they asked me to ship them back and they provided a free label. When they got the hats back the response was that they used the right thread and that I had approved them on the mock ups and that there is no refund because they are custom. I explained that if the mock ups and photos were so accurate then why did I need to ship the hats back to be told the color was right. I provided plenty of photos before I shipped them back. Clearly mockups and photos don't matter because they thought I was wrong also. I was also told that if I wanted to pick a different color or change my logo then they would fix them. That's just silly. No company is going to change there colors or logo. So when I chose the thread it looked gold on the site. I guess when it is put on the hats it changes the look. So ultimately I have hats that I can't use and 300$ and 3 months of time wasted. All the reviews that say great customer service did not translate to my case. If you have a unsatisfied customer for any reason you should do something. I feel like at the end of the day something could have been done if they really cared. Anything would have been better than (sorry about your bad luck bye!) and made me feel like they were sorry that I was disapointed and I was a valued customer. Read moreThe guys are awful I don't recommend them at all. I placed an order with them and they provided a proof that was terrible. The colors on the embroidered logo did not match the colors on our logo and the logo placement on the hat was tiny and did not look anything like their example pictures. I asked to cancel the order and they told me $50.00 was non refundable which is not disclosed prior to making an order. Go with anyone else these guys are just after your money and don't care at all about the quality of their product or taking care of their customers.
Response to review reply: If your cancelation and refund policy are clearly presented in the ordering process then how is it that I placed an order without being aware of it? This is a classic business move of oh our policy is written in the fine print that you,our customer, chose not read so it's on you. You are legally correct that it's on your terms and conditions but legality doesn't dictate morality. If I as a consumer would have known your policy in advance I would have initially gone with another company which is why you hide these clauses in your small print but that just displays exactly what I am calling your out for. You don't care about customer service at the end of the day you are more concerned with making sure you get your money rather than your customer getting what you have advertised and when customer aren't happy instead of owning it you put it back on them. Fantastic customer service but hopefully other people can learn for my experience and go with someone who acts morally and honestly. My goal here is to let people know that there are numerous other companies who will make a proof of what the custom order will actually look like for free because they genuinely want customers to get a product they are happy with. I'd recommend going with someone who will design a hat for you for free and give you what want rather than this company who will just say "gotcha" when you realize the product they are selling and that you already had to pay for is trash. Read moreThis place is not good. They don't have good descriptions of the hats on their website. I ordered 3 hats with my business logo. they told me it would take about 4 weeks to make and ship them out which I wasn't sure if I could wait that long. I asked if they had any different options, they said for over $60 they could put a priority shipping on it. I paid it, then they shipped the hats out a day or two later, just happened to be 3 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule when I paid an exorbitant amount for shipping.
Then, when the hats got to me, they fit horribly and extremely uncomfortable. I reached out to them asking what we could do to make it right.
