Oologah Elite Event Center — Local services in Collinsville

While the facility is nice on the inside, the management is very poor. For example, the venue was supposed to be ready to decorate at 6:00 in the morning. We arrived at 8:00 to find the venue was not clean, and the linens looked like they had been trampled. My family had to spend all morning steaming them. Wrong linens were ordered, incorrect number of tables for guests, and ice machine was broken. In addition, we paid $500 for clean up. We were told all we had to do was take our decorations and they would do the rest. Then, during the wedding, I received a text saying we also had “to remove all linens, break down all the tables and chairs, and take out all the trash. The $500 was for everything else”). 😡 The outdoor photo site for pictures was littered with trash, decor from wedding the previous night and vomit. There were other hiccups and lots of excuses along the way.

It was a terribly stressful start to what is supposed to be a magical day. Fortunately, with the help of many friends and family, we were able to have a beautiful wedding. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this...

Lots of space, upstairs and separate rooms. No windows in the main space but lots of lighting from above. I heard there was no internet during our event but unsure what that...

This center is very nice and totally worth the 30 minute drive from Tulsa. Very nice owners super accommodating. I highly recommend this...
