Ordered a summer sheet 3 months ago via FB messenger. My order was accepted and my payment processed. On July 5th I called to inquire as to the statues of my order. I was advised it had been overlooked because I didn’t order it on their website but they would ship it out ASAP. Still don’t have my order. I sent them a message to cancel the order today and she refused. They couldn’t ship because her husband was taken ill. This is my fault? She refuses to give me my money back and will ship out the blanket Tomorrow July 17th. I told her I don’t want it and she keeps refusing to credit me. None of this mess up was my fault.
