I've been a fan since finding your pit smoked natural casing summer sausage. Back then, it was a much longer log and sold not wrapped by plastic, just a tie string on one end. I can no longer get it that way and am saddened by this. I still buy the smaller plastic wrapped version of the same. However, the other is vastly superior. I also love the Bloody Mary beef sticks they are the bomb! It's the only beef stick I actually crave. I've had a few other of your products and have enjoyed them all.
