Your 4 year yellow cheddar cheese by it's name could imply that its 4 years old. No way is your 4 year cheddar cheese 4 years old, I believe you're doing a disservice to the general public by the slick product name. The moisture content in your 4 year cheddar is too high to be aged 4 years. I'm very familiar with the texture and flavor of a quality 4 year old cheddar! I’m not a fan of the new process that you guys are doing with your summer sausage. I’ve been a long time buyer of this product because it’s different then your competitors. Now it’s exactly the same since you switched your process. I’ve had my neighbors and friends try some without them knowing it was Stone Ridge meat.
