Wicomico Shores Golf Course — Local services in Colonial Beach

The condition of the course was terrible compared with what I was expecting. The greens have ball marks all over that where not repaired causing dead spots in the greens. The fairways where chewed up as well. Rough is overgrown making it impossible to find balls making it so a slightmy errant shot resulted in a lost ball. I will personally be making the little bit longer drive to go to Swann Point from now on.

Would be a decent golf course if the staff were a little more professional and service was a bit better at the bar/kitchen. Poor service and lack of maturity displayed by staff. Seemed under staffed as only one woman was taking orders behind the bar and was swamped. We waited at the bar for 30 minutes while the servers bounced to their regulars and ignored me even when I tried to speak up. If I could give this review zero stars I would.. the staff was very unprofessional when they were unclear about the tee time and had to “ fit “ us in their schedule. Staff and other golfers complaining because we weren’t going fast enough but there were others in front of us.. their suggestion was to skip the hole. We paid just like everyone else.
