Read moreVery disappointed in the lack of customer service compared to Kalispell store. Went in and asked for potting soil. Was told it was "out back" and that I select from a list and they would have it brought up to me. I asked for them to bring one up while I grabbed horse treats. She said no, they would wait until I was ready to check out. Had problems finding what I was looking for while the same 2 employees walked by me twice without a word. Finally, found what I wanted and went to counter. Second Clerk didn't know how to ring up soil since I didn't have it up there. A third clerk had to show her and tell her to call for carry out and bring a bag of Glacier Gold. She did and told me to just wait. I waited and waited. The third clerk finally asked me if I was still waiting. Obviously, yes. So she told the clerk that waited on me to check on it. Turns out the employee was waiting for me to go to him. Another guy that I guessed was management told me that I needed to drive around and get it. He said, "you know where it's at, drive around" No, I didn't. He told me that it was at the end of the building (so not out back). They told me to go get it and I had to load my 4 bags of horse feed myself. I'm in my sixties and really appreciate the way Kalispell handles my heavy...
