This dealership sold me a vehicle without disclosing that it had a Florida Certificate of Destruction. Kentucky law requires dealerships to inform potential buyers of all branded title details before the sale, including the type of damage. This includes specifying the brand, such as "rebuilt," "salvage," or "water-damaged". The disclosure must appear on a sticker on the vehicle and on a separate buyer's notification form. Furthermore, the dealership is obligated to acknowledge the disclosure on the Application for Title, both via a vehicle sticker and a separate buyer notification form. This requirement was not met. A Carfax report did not reveal this information; however, a VIN search on stat.vin provided comprehensive details and photographic evidence of pre-existing damage. Such flood-damaged vehicles may harbor undisclosed electrical, corrosion, and mold issues, posing significant safety and health risks, and incurring substantial repair costs. For example, a listed Cadillac Escalade exhibits mid-door flood damage and interior mildew, with the extent of the damage yet undetermined. Similarly, a Nissan Maxima offered for sale sustained submersion in Texas floodwaters. This communication serves as a consumer alert regarding the considerable safety risks inherent in purchasing flood-damaged vehicles, especially for families. Complete transparency regarding vehicle history is expected from all reputable dealerships.

I found a car they had through auto trader and drove the 2plus hours and it was a great car at a great deal. I went through L and N and the process was painless….and they stayed late to meet us there to make the purchase.

I just discovered this amazing business last night while searching for a SUV on marketplace. My search was extensive for the perfect one for me. I found a Nissan and contacted them this morning, actually before they opened and recieved excellent customer service. All my questions were answered within a hour I left BG (over an hour away) to test drive the car I hoped would be the one. When I arrived, I received the same excellent service ending with me purchasing the SUV!!! It was absolutely perfect and more! I tend to always buy in BG, but I'm so glad I made the trip. I appreciate everything from start to finish which ended in me getting to do a drawing for a prize. So, I got a new to me SUV & a digital picture frame!!!! Thank you so much and I'll be sending...

After shopping on line for several weeks, I spoke with Janet by phone to set up time to test drive a few contenders with my wife and I. We showed up and met with Cole. He had all our information ready to go and provided keys for our test drives. No high pressure sales pitch. Straight forward disclosures on the vehicles that they offered. We made a selection on a vehicle and settled on a price. Cole was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless. We knew we were in the right place when we were chatting with other customers only to discover that they were repeat customers and purchased a vehicle that day as well. Highly recommended. Thanks Cole and Janet. Mark...
