Century Lanes Bowling Alley — Local services in Columbia

This bowling alley is in need of new management. You would think with it being family day the employees would be respectful to families but apparently that doesn’t matter. Service sucks. Stood next to 3 people waiting to be served for about 20 mins. I know this place is military funded so you get what you get but if they want to somehow improve relationships with military families and soldiers they might want to hire people who know what good customer service is. Good place for some family fun. We had MWR bucks and we were able to use that while we were there. We went on Saturday and did the pizza and bowl combo which included 4 adults, and 1 child bowling for 2 hours, shoe rental, 1 large pizza, and drinks with refills all for $40.
